We provide trained security guards and manpower personnel for deployment at client premises. Specific terms of deployment — including duration, number of personnel, shift timings, and charges — will be governed by a separate service agreement/contract executed with the client.
4.2 Heavy Machinery Solutions
We provide heavy machinery and related solutions as agreed with the client. Availability, rental/service terms, and liability for equipment use will be set out in a separate agreement specific to the engagement.
4.3 Loan & Financial Assistance
We facilitate connections between clients and third-party banks/NBFCs for loan and financial assistance. We act only as a facilitator; we are not a bank or lender, and final approval, terms, interest rates, and disbursement of any loan are entirely at the discretion of the respective financial institution. We do not guarantee loan approval.
4.4 Training & Employment Services
We provide training and placement/employment assistance. Enrolment in any training program, and any subsequent placement, is subject to eligibility criteria and terms communicated separately at the time of enrolment. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.
5. Enquiries and Quotations
Any quotation, estimate, or pricing information provided via the Website, phone, or email is indicative only and not binding until confirmed in writing through a formal agreement or work order.
6. Client Obligations
When engaging our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the Services (including, where applicable, KYC or identity documents)
- Make payments as per the agreed terms in the relevant service agreement
- Provide a safe and lawful working environment for deployed personnel, where applicable

Fees for Services are as agreed in the specific service agreement or work order issued to the client. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due as per the invoicing terms specified therein. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw Services in case of non-payment or delayed payment, subject to applicable law.
8. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement in accordance with the notice period and terms specified in the relevant service agreement. We reserve the right to withdraw personnel or suspend services in cases of client breach of contract, non-payment, or unsafe working conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Website or Services.
- We are not liable for loan approval/rejection decisions made by third-party banks or NBFCs, or for employment outcomes arising from training/placement services.
- Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nakula Enterprises, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
